Take time to focus on yourself away from the typical distractions of everyday life and enjoy the beauty of movement outdoors. Learn how to be fully present and appreciate every moment through breath, intentional movement and mindfulness. Lets head into spring with a rejuvenating retreat to become your best self! Your weekend is filled with activities such as hiking, Pilates, meditation, massage, and nutrition to help clear the mind from the distractions of the world. Let’s help retain the brain to focus on what is right in front of us.
During the 3 day gathering retreat you will connect with like-minded souls and create life-long friendships of empowerment! You will have a better understanding of caretakers of the land, knowing where your food comes from, mindful nutrition, CranioSacral massage, reiki energy work and sensing nature. You will leave this retreat feeling like your best self and ready to take your knowledge with you out into the world.
Enjoy a retreat menu intentionally crafted to nourish and heal. Each meal is mainly based around seasons and the local harvest. We believe food is medicine and our kitchen prepares each dish with enthusiasm, mindfulness, and love. All meals are made with whole foods that include organic ingredients that are sourced for their high quality, nutrient-dense, and nourishing essence. We believe in knowing where our food comes from. Here on the ranch we are blessed with an acre garden to tend and harvest all year round. Daily we pick up farm fresh chicken eggs and supply grass fed and grass finished beef and pork from our ranch. We support our local farmers and ranchers when possible. If you have any special dietary needs or restrictions, we can happily accommodate them with an advanced notice.
This is a special opportunity that is open to only 13 guests. 3 day getaway that includes your stay, meals and all the activities!

Experience the serenity of nature while learning to paint. Laurel will be guiding you step by step through a Plein Air afternoon class. Laurel Sherrie's Artist statement "The landscapes of treasured places inspire me. Painting them is my way to share the California light and aesthetics. My focus is on the rural, coastal and wild areas of the Central Coast of California. I use traditional oils and canvas with lots of paint, often mixing colors as I go right on the canvas with the brush or palette knife. Painting outdoors allows me to develop an intimate involvement with the landscape at a unique moment in time. Working on location is intense and even spiritual. It's important to me to add to how much beauty there is in life." Workshop is from 1:00 pm - 4:00pm in an outdoor setting and includes all materials needed for the class. Afternoon beverages and snacks will be provided.
Option to purchase individual workshop tickets or all inclusive weekend tickets. Tickets Available in our website SHOP.
